Australian Conveyancing & Commercial is the residential property practice of Alex Mandry Legal Group, a Queensland law firm in Maroochydore.
What that difference means
In Queensland, conveyancing can be done by a law firm or, in some other states, by a licensed conveyancer. We are a law firm. Your matter is handled under the supervision of a solicitor holding a current Queensland practising certificate.
Most of the time that makes no practical difference, because most conveyances run to plan. It matters on the ones that do not. If a title problem, a dispute over a condition, an unapproved structure or a failure to settle turns into a legal question, it is dealt with here rather than referred out to someone who has never seen your file.
Residential conveyancing only.
We act for buyers and sellers of Queensland residential property. We keep our scope deliberately narrow so the work is done properly and the dates are watched. If your matter is outside that, tell us and we will say so rather than take it on.
How we work
- You get a quote before we start, not an estimate that moves
- We diarise every date in your contract and tell you what is coming
- We answer the phone during office hours and return calls the same day where we can
- We settle electronically through PEXA
Where we are
Level 1, 25 Duporth Avenue, Maroochydore, in the middle of the Sunshine Coast. We act on property throughout Queensland, and because settlement is electronic you do not need to be nearby to use us.
Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
