If you complete the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number, whether you are buying or selling, and whatever you choose to tell us about the property. We do not ask for identification, financial details or documents through this website.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, and if you engage us, to act for you. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We disclose personal information only where it is necessary to act for you or where the law requires it. In a conveyancing matter that can include the other party's solicitor, your lender, the relevant government agencies, and electronic settlement platforms. We do not disclose your information overseas.
How long we keep it
If you engage us, your file is retained in accordance with our professional obligations. If you do not proceed, we keep the enquiry only as long as we reasonably need it.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set tracking cookies and does not use third party advertising. Fonts and images are served from this website rather than from an external provider.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect any information that identifies you personally.
